I saw the commercial on Youtube, and decided to call for a quote to
replace the flooring in one of my bathrooms. Ian came over and was very

We were moving and wanted a quick house sale in a slow market. There was
a laundry list of items that needed to be fixed before we could show the
house and Ian took care of them all. He pressure washed the driveway and
repaired our deck and garage door. He painted the interior and caulked
the tub and shower. Our house sold on the first day! After the
inspection he even did some work on the roof that needed to be repaired.
We were able to sell in record time thanks to Ian making the place move in
